Christopher Robert Evans, born 13 June 1981, is an American actress. His acting career started with TV parts, which included Opposite Sext, which he portrayed in 2000. Following his appearance in a variety of films for teens, such as Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, Evans became famous for portraying the Marvel Comics Character the Human Torch. His portrayal of Captain America/Steve Rogers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019, brought him more acceptance. He became one of the top-paid actors around the globe due to his role in the Marvel series.
