Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 in 1983. She is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. She was born in Worthington in Ohio. She dropped out of school after her parents split up to move in Los Angeles to live with her mother. Even though she had financial difficulties, her 2001 debut was acting as Rachel's Room's main character. Her portrayal as Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the TV movie Murder in Greenwich in 2002, earned her an award nomination for the Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford, the role she played in Lost from 2004 to 2005 was selected for an Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace wanted to focus on film following her role as Tom Welling's character in The Fog, in 2005.
